Virgin Sailors have just booked an epic vacation at sea should secure their plans (and peace of mind) with Virgin Voyage’s protection plan. We can add voyage protection for our Sailor at the time of booking, or post booking prior to final payment. Voyage Protection is underwritten by Arch Insurance Company and includes:

• Trip Cancellation – Reimbursement may be available up to total trip cost (maximum $20,000) if they cancel for a covered reason, such as themselves, an immediate family member, or traveling companion becomes ill or injured.
• Trip Interruption – Reimbursement may be available up to total trip cost (maximum $20,000) for unused, non-refundable, prepaid expenses if they interrupt their trip due to a covered reason.
• Trip Delay – Reimbursement may be available up to $500 ($150/day) for the cost of additional accommodations and traveling expenses if they are delayed en route to their trip
• Accident Medical Protection – Reimbursement for medical treatment may be available up to $10,000 if they get hurt or injured on their trip.
• Sickness Medical Protection – Reimbursement for medical treatment may be available up to $10,000 if they get ill on their trip.
• Emergency Evacuation – Coverage may be available up to $25,000 if they need emergency medical transportation.
• Repatriation of Remains – Arranges & prepays up to $25,000 for transportation of mortal remains.

All the food is ‘On Us’ – meaning no exclusive spots you have to pay to get into. From steakhouses and Korean BBQ to a test kitchen and an international food market, all the food your heart’s desire is always included.

Running Circles around groups

Bachelor or Bachelorette party? Yoga group getaway? Work team building? Virgin Voyagers sends Sailors to sea with their posse as Circles. A Circle is a group with a minimum of 10 cabins on the same sailing, with a maximum of 150 Sailors. Existing bookings on the same sailing can join a Circle or start a new one at any time, up to 14 days before the Voyage. Once names and deposits are made on at least 10 cabins, more cabins can be added, but the cut-off remains 14 days prior to sailing.
