APRIL 24, 2023 – Crystal Announces Return of Cruise Directors
Crystal Cruises has announced their shipboard leaders are returning while the brand prepares for its inaugural season under the new A&K ownership. So, ‘Exceptional at Sea’ includes first-class Cruise Directors again!
On July 31, 2023, when the ship returns to service, Cruise veterans Rick Spath will bring out Crystal Serenity. Starting September 1, 2023, Russ Grieve will lead the team aboard Crystal Symphony. Initially, on Crystal Serenity, Raphael Derkson will serve as the start-up Musical Director and later on will take over as Cruise Director replacing Spath.

Guests who Lost Money Under Crystal Cruises’ Former Ownership Can Apply For Credits … Here’s how to qualify for the credit.
What Crystal has decided to do with this gesture is remarkable partly because they had no obligation to do it, but mostly because it gives customers another alternative to recover funds lost in the shut down. We are also working to analyze all the claims we received and believe that by the end of the summer we will be in a position to release the first reimbursements.
